Bill Whittington Public Library 2400 Memorial Pkwy, Portland, TX, United StatesCome on down to the Portland, TX library for some chess, every Tuesday in the month of January (2020). It's from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. It's free, boards are provided, and all experience levels are welcome. If you don't know how to play, come and learn. If you're a seasoned player, you're welcome too!
